SHIPPING

Standard UK Shipping (3-5 working days)  £2.99, free if order £15 and above

Express UK Shipping (1-2 working days)  £4.99, free if order £75 and above

International Shipping (delivery depends on country)  

France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal (3-5 working days) £6.00

USA-Mainland, Canada, Australia (6-7 working days) £10.99
 

Please note, all custom fees are at the responsibility of the customer, and we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.

RETURNS

​

Due to hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns on jewellery if items are unworn and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene purposes earrings are not allowed to be returned. Please contact us at info.leylanilondon@gmail.com quoting your order number for instruction on how to return your item. The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Items that appear worn or used cannot be refunded.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are ordering an item that is on a promotional code, the promotional code will no longer be valid. For example, if you use a buy one get one half price code, if you return the full price item, but not the half price item, the discount will no longer apply and you will be charged full price for the half price item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Postage for the item must be covered by the customer.

International Returns: International returns are not accepted, however, if you receive a faulty item please contact us at info.leylanilondon@gmail.com for further information.

Faulty Items

We thoroughly check our items before shipping them, however, if you recieve a product that is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to sort out the problem.
